At Norda, we work with the best from both sides of the Atlantic. The inspiration for our dishes is equally sourced from the West Coast’s array of fish and shellfish as it is from the variety of global cuisines found in Manhattan.
We want to create food and beverage experiences where the playful meets the classic. We select our ingredients based on the season and let the collision between Manhattan and Gothenburg guide our recipes and wine choices.
