Norda – local ingredients and global flavours
Here at Norda, we work with the best of both sides of the Atlantic! We grow vegetables on our rooftop garden, and get inspiration for our dishes from the delicious Swedish seafood available on the west coast and Manhattan’s vibrant food culture! Under the guidance of Marcus Samuelsson, we have created dishes that perfectly combine playful and classic elements. We always choose seasonal produce and let our sense of adventure steer us towards new recipes.
We want your experience at the restaurant to be full of joy, so we serve our food in a warm and relaxed setting where the vibe picks up towards the end of the week. There is a more chilled atmosphere from Sunday to Wednesday with various kinds of jazz music, while from Thursday to Saturday we pump up the volume and let some great R&B tunes lift your mood!
